If the holster is equipped with a retention strap, hood, or other securing mechanism, ensure that it remains fully engaged and properly locked at all times.
However, users should be aware that external impact, sudden force, or unexpected loads may still create safety risks, even when such retention devices are engaged.
In the event of a collision, traffic accident, fall, or similar incident, the holster’s retention performance may be compromised, potentially preventing the firearm from being secured as intended.
Accordingly, when carrying in high-risk environments or during vigorous activities, users must exercise heightened caution and situational awareness to help protect personal safety and property.
Strenuous Activity and Trigger Protection Limitation Disclaimer
⚠ Before engaging in any jumping, running, climbing, rolling, falling, crawling, or other strenuous physical activities, the firearm must be removed from the holster and properly secured.
⚠ Failure to comply with this requirement may result in serious bodily injury or death. All associated risks and consequences are assumed solely by the user.
⚠ Trigger Protection Notice:
No light-bearing holster can provide absolute or complete coverage of the trigger guard.
The ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the trigger cannot be accessed under any circumstances rests solely with the user, not with the holster or the manufacturer.
7. Safety Responsibility Awareness
Users must recognize the inherently high-risk nature of firearm handling and bear full responsibility for ensuring safe use.
Never rely solely on a firearm’s mechanical safeties or on the structural design of WARRIORLAND products to prevent accidental discharge. Proper firearm safety practices and disciplined handling are always the primary safeguards.
Understanding, practicing, and maintaining firearm safety, as well as the proper storage and handling of firearms, are personal, non-transferable responsibilities and obligations of the user.

Material, Wear, and Environmental Risks
1. Material Characteristics and Risk Overview
The risks described in this section apply to all WARRIORLAND products used to carry, retain, secure, cover, or protect firearms, ammunition, and related equipment, including but not limited to holsters, magazine pouches, handcuff pouches, tool holders, and other accessory products made of leather, nylon, neoprene, or hybrid materials.
Due to differences in physical properties, products made from different materials may experience the following structural changes and potential risks:
(1) Leather Products
Leather is a natural, flexible material that may, over time, undergo softening, moisture absorption, expansion, deformation, collapse, and reduction in retention strength.
Such changes may cause deformation when the product is subjected to pressure, sitting, bending, body compression, or prolonged use, potentially affecting its ability to retain, shield, or isolate the carried item.
When used in products such as holsters that cover the trigger guard area, these changes may allow material to enter the trigger area, creating a hazardous condition.
Users must regularly inspect leather products for hardness, structural integrity, and retention performance. If noticeable softening, deformation, collapse, or reduced retention is observed, discontinue use immediately.
(2) Nylon Textile Products
Nylon is a flexible structural material that may collapse or fold when bent, compressed, during running,
twisting, or body pressure. Under strenuous activity or high-load conditions, nylon products may be
unable to consistently provide stable support or isolation.
When used as holsters or similar carrying products, there is a risk of folding, pressing into, or interfering
with the trigger area.
Do not use nylon-based carrying products during strenuous physical activity, in high-compression
environments, or when the firearm is loaded.
(3) Neoprene Products
Neoprene materials are soft and highly elastic, and may undergo significant deformation when sitting,
bending, side-loading, external compression, or folding.
In such conditions, the product may be unable to maintain its designed shape or intended retention, isolation, or protective function.
When used in holsters or products covering critical operating areas, avoid drawing, re-holstering, or
manipulating the firearm while the product is under body compression.
(4) Hybrid Holsters
Hybrid products are typically constructed from materials with differing rigidity or elasticity (e.g., a Kydex
front shell with a leather or textile backing). Over extended use, such products may experience:
Gradual misalignment, bending, loosening, or material fatigue due to differential stress behavior;
Loosening, wear, or failure of screws, rivets, fasteners, or connection points.
Users must regularly inspect all material components, attachment points, and connection structures to ensure proper alignment, secure fastening, and normal function.
2. Material Aging Risks
All soft or semi-rigid materials—including but not limited to leather, nylon, neoprene, and composite backings—may experience accelerated aging due to prolonged use and environmental exposure.
Common aging accelerators include friction, compression, tension, heat, humidity, sweat, skin oils, firearm
lubricants, cleaning agents, solvents, ultraviolet exposure, and direct sunlight.
Such aging may result in significant reduction in retention strength, material softening, collapse,
delamination, cracking, moisture absorption, deformation, or loss of original shape, potentially allowing the firearm or equipment to shift, wobble, or even disengage from the product.
If any softening, deformation, cracking, loosening, moisture-related expansion, or reduction in retention is
observed, discontinue use immediately.
3. Structural Load and Belt Clip Risks
The belt clip area—where the clip connects to the holster body—is a primary structural load point and is not designed to withstand impact forces, torsional loads, bending forces, or sustained body compression.
When the user leans forward, sits, twists, or applies pressure to the holster, this area may be subjected to concentrated stress, potentially resulting in cracking, deformation, or structural failure.
In addition, internal forces generated by firearm discharge may also cause cracking or damage to the belt
clip area or holster shell.
If any of the above damage or abnormalities are observed, discontinue use immediately to ensure safety.
Hardware, Accessories, and Compatibility Risks
1. Hardware Quality and Use Considerations
Use of replacement parts that are not certified, authorized, or compliant with original factory specifications may result in hardware loosening, breakage, or failure, potentially causing structural damage to the holster
2. or abnormal product function.
2. Accessory Compatibility
Holsters and accessories are strictly designed for specific models and brands.
Cross-model, cross-brand, or cross-structure use, substitution, or transfer of hardware or accessories is
prohibited.
Use of incompatible hardware or accessories may result in insufficient retention, loose installation, firearm
disengagement, holster position shift, and may increase the risk of accidental discharge or unstable carry.
3. Firearm Specification Update Risks
Firearm manufacturers regularly modify product specifications to improve performance or meet market
demands. Such changes may occur multiple times within the same firearm model, resulting in differences in dimensions, geometry, or critical component details.
Accordingly, even minor design changes may significantly affect the fit and safety of a WARRIORLAND
holster.
Users must periodically verify firearm-to-holster compatibility to ensure safe and reliable carry and use.
If the firearm does not fully fit, or if there is any doubt regarding compatibility, discontinue use immediately.
4. Installation Verification and Risk Allocation
Certain WARRIORLAND accessories are designed for cross-brand or cross-model application and may be
installed on WARRIORLAND products or on products manufactured by other brands. Due to substantial
differences in product structures and specifications, installation may be complex and highly susceptible to
installation errors, improper component use, or structural incompatibility.
To ensure product safety performance and compatibility, end users must contact WARRIORLAND promptly after installation for professional confirmation, inspection, or guidance.
Any safety risk, damage, accident, loss, or legal liability arising from installation errors, improper accessory use, or lack of WARRIORLAND verification shall be borne solely by the installer or user, and
WARRIORLAND assumes no responsibility or liability.
Legal Provisions
1. Limitation of Liability
